The entire manufacturing process is closely monitored and inspected on a regular basis by a team of quality analysts in strict adherence to the defined quality standards of the company.
Our quality testing laboratory is equipped with calibrated instruments for testing our yarns. The yarns are tested on the parameters of COUNT, CSP, DENIER, etc. Only after the final assurance of product quality, the raw materials are forwarded for the production process. Quality tests are undertaken on a regular basis and in conformance to the needs of our clients.
Infrastructure
We have a robust manufacturing unit equipped with sophisticated machines and equipment. Supported with high end machines and other processing equipment, we make sure that our products are manufactured flawlessly without any defects and meeting clients' specific requirements. The machines are operated by our well qualified professionals. Regular maintenance of the machines assists us in delivering a final range that conforms to the present standards. Our manufacturing plant is segregated into the following three different departments:- Weaving Department: All types of narrow woven fabrics are developed
- Twisting Department: Yarn twisting is done using Doubling and TFO
- Dying Department: Yarn & Fabric Dying is done to give final shape.
We have a voluminous warehouse to store our range of woven fabrics, niwar, tapes, cords, laces, shoelaces, canvas, braids, etc. categorically under proper labeling. Thus a proper inventory is maintained at all times, which eases the delivery of bulk products to a great extent.
